Welcome To my capstone thesis that focuses on bringing awareness to Impostor Syndrome/Phenomenon Have you ever accounted your success to luck and not your own skills? Do you ever think that sometimes, you are not enough? If so, you are experiencing Impostor Syndrome--the psychological feeling of being exposed as a fraud. 70% of professionals experience Impostor Syndrome and the affliction it may carry: anxiety, perfectionism, self doubt and fear of failure ShapeShifter is here to address that you are not an impostor and always have been enough!

Shapeshifter is a collection of random thoughts and words that are placed and positioned together to create a book of series of poems that revolves around Impostor Syndrome.  It dwells on accepting the fact that no one is an impostor when it comes to success, you are a shapeshifter ready to take any form to be the best version of yourself.  ShapeShifter shows the reflection we have towards ourselves and how we use that to validate our pain to heal, so we can be proud of our individual growth and finally find peace and happiness.
Complementing the book of poems is a 24-affirmation card deck that will remind you that you have always been yourself on any triumphs.

THREE OF THE POEMS ARE TURNED INTO A DECORATIVE POSTER THAT HOLDS A REMINDER OF POSITIVITY AND GREAT SELF ESTEEM.  SHIRT DESIGNS SHOWCASES THE SHAPESHIFTER LOGO AS WELL AS THE MANTRA IN THE BACK WITH THE WORKING HASHTAG OF "NOT AN IMPOSTOR" THAT CAN BE USED ON YOUR OWN INSTAGRAM POSTING.
